Their inspiring stories are a showcase of our talented, creative and brave alumni who aren鈥檛 afraid to take risks and push themselves to succeed and follow their passions.

Owen Pearce shares his journey from overcoming personal challenges to excelling in his Law degree and landing a coveted internship with the International Bar Association鈥檚 Human Rights Institute (IBAHRI).
"I鈥檓 so proud that I took the chance and put my work forward. It reinforced that hard work, and dedication can lead to amazing opportunities, even when you don鈥檛 expect them."
Violet Kelley鈥檚 deep connection with the natural world fuels her creativity and has secured her a children鈥檚 book deal. Embracing new styles and maintaining an open mind, Violet has achieved a dream early on in her career.
"I feel empowered to continue with my work and hopefully inspire future generations of Nursing students in the South West and the rest of the country."
Jenita Loheswaran used her degree to make positive changes for patients during the height of a national crisis and to pioneer diversity in health care.
"I hope my research can pave the way for the inclusion of nature-inclusive designs within coastal policy."
